I strongly recommend LJB Construction Services to any individual or company in retaining their services. In fact, I cannot recommend them strongly enough, and consider LJB to be one of the top businesses I have worked with in my lifetime.

LJB consistently delivered quality workmanship, clear communication, and outstanding professionalism throughout multiple construction and restoration projects across our fully occupied property. Their ability to manage scheduling complexities, minimize disruption, ensure resident safety, and maintain full transparency created an atmosphere of trust and collaboration that is rare in large-scale construction. We would not hesitate to recommend LJB Restoration Services, LLC for any condominium or occupied facility in need of a professional, reliable, and highly capable contractor.

I went through 5 contractors before getting lucky and landing LJB. Stephen Sherbart has taken on the insurance company for me and worked really hard to put the pieces together. Michael took my house; but LJB and Stephen plus crew gave me hope. Anyone not calling this company is missing out on the professional and hard-working people. Thank you.

Choosing roofing materials for coastal weather
Roofs here deal with salt air, high winds, heavy rain, and hurricane season. The quality of the materials and the quality of the installation matter more on the coast than inland.
Our team is based in Santa Rosa Beach and works across Walton County. We replace shingle, metal and tile roofs on homes from 30A to Miramar Beach. We also work with property managers and HOA boards on condo and commercial roofs.
Every job starts with a roof inspection in person. We look for wind damage and roof leaks, explain what we find, and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Are you a licensed roofing contractor?
Yes. LJB Construction & Roofing holds Florida roofing contractor license CCC1337902 and general contractor license CGC1538749. You can verify both on the Florida DBPR website.
Do you repair roofs or only replace them?
Both. We do roof repairs, and we replace the roof when a repair won’t last.
Do you work on condos and commercial buildings?
Yes. We work on condominiums, HOA properties and commercial buildings, as well as homes. On occupied buildings, we plan the work around residents and keep the board or property manager updated.
What types of roofs do you install?
For homes, we install asphalt shingles, metal and title roofs. For condos and commercial buildings, we install flat roof systems, including TPO, PVC and modified bitumen, plus metal roofs and roof coatings.
